Body detox

Body detox is a process that can be effected in many different ways and it can also refer to many programs meant to purify the body. Because of our lifestyle and also because of the polluted environment we live in our body is full of toxins and other chemicals. Today, the body detox is almost necessary for every individual because everything we eat, drink and breathe is most certainly more or less contaminated. The human body needs a daily body detox so that it can function appropriately. For those who suffer from alcohol, drug or even nicotine addictions the problem is much more complicated as they need professional help and appropriate detox plans. The usual body detox is based on diets. There are certain foods that are prescribed by doctors and that have all the nutrients and vitamins in order to keep the eliminating organs healthy. The detox diets are not supposed to be kept for more than one week, as they do not provide the organism with all the nutrients it needs. It is also very important to note that children and teenagers are not recommended to keep detox diets.

One very important aspect about body detox is that during this process most people face a reaction called the Herxheimer Reaction, manifested by nausea, vomiting and headaches. This reaction occurs when the body eliminates more toxins and faster than it is usually used to. Although this reaction can become very severe, it is important that you know that it is a normal reaction. The Herxheimer reaction is definitely not a sign of regression that is why you should not panic, but concentrate yourself more on the body detox process. Each body has its own reaction to detox that is why each individual has to pay attention to every reaction so that the treatment can be adapted to its needs. Before body detox you should prepare your organism by keeping all your organs in good shape. Keeping naturist diets that are especially prescribed for each individual usually makes this possible. As we have shown, body detox is quite essential for human life. The body must release daily as many toxins as possible so that it can function and stay alive. Detox may be a big change in your lifestyle, but it can also bring you a lot of benefits when considering health and well being.
